YOUR NEURO REHAB & PHYSIOTHERAPY QUESTIONS ANSWERED
Neurological Physiotherapy (neuro physio) is the treatment of people who have movement and function disorders that have been caused by a disease or injury that impacts the body’s nervous and neuromuscular system (the central nervous system including the brain and the spinal cord).
These conditions can often cause muscle weakness, loss of balance, loss of movement or range of movement, decreased sensation, uncontrolled muscle spasms and tremors.
Neuro Physio aims to help you reach your movement goals and improve your quality of life by empowering you through evidence-based rehabilitation and education. We do this by identifying the best tools to help support your rehabilitation including manual therapies, exercise therapies, aquatic therapy, and more.
We aim to make therapy as easy and accessible as possible by providing therapy in the environment of your choice. This can be your own home, local gym or aquatic centre; even the park across your house. We value clear and effective evidence-based treatment.
We provide home-based therapy from various Metropolitan Melbourne suburbs. Please contact us to find out if we are able to service your area.
